PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE  
 

Hello everyone. Spring is almost, almost here, I hope!

In April, we will have our dinner meeting at the Bellevue Coast Hotel on Tuesday, April 22^nd. The topic for the evening on the 22nd is very timely and affects many of us: “The New Real Estate Market.”  The speakers are Chuck Reiling from RE/MAX Eastside Brokers, and Rick Robertson from Choice Lending.  Both speakers will work together to help put the national and local news in perspective. I hope they will help all of us understand what is really going on in our Seattle/Eastside regional market, and give us some useful insights.

Also, we are actively seeking candidates for the ASWA Bellevue Chapter’s Board of Officers and Directors, for our fiscal year July 2008 – June 2009. I can personally attest to the great enjoyment I’ve had, and the wonderful friends I’ve made over the years I’ve had the pleasure of serving on the board.
